  • Is registration mandatory?
    Yes, everyone who would like to attend a dance course with us officially registers via our website with a dance subscription of their choice. First you choose the course you would like to attend and then the dance subscription that suits you best. 😉
  • How long does a dance subscription last?
    All of our dance subscriptions last 12 weeks (3 months) and renew automatically every 12 weeks. This means you don't have to log in every time, but your registration will continue until you cancel.
  • Can I compensate missed lessons?
    Yes, you can catch up on 4 missed lessons (equivalent to a month) that you were unable to attend during your 12-week subscription. You can schedule these catch-up lessons immediately after your current subscription ends or at the start of the next 12-week subscription. ​ If you miss less than 4 lessons within the 12 weeks, you accumulate them until you have reached a total of 4 missed hours (cumulus principle). It may happen that you make up the fourth missing hour in your next subscription. In any case, you do this immediately after your current dance course subscription. ​ If you reach the 4 hours to be compensated, your fee to the new dance subscription will be reduced by one month. ​ You can only compensate a total of 4 complete hours at a time. Our goal is for you to attend your dance classes regularly and without long breaks. 🙂 ​ Important: In order to be able to compensate a lesson, you must inform us of an absence at least 5 hours before the start of the course by email to This notification helps us make sure we don't leave dance partners alone. ❤️ Attention: Our dance school will be closed on public holidays in the canton of Zurich. Lessons that fall on a public holiday cannot be compensated. The following days are considered public holidays in 2024: Good Friday 1.3. / Easter Monday 1.4. / Labor Day 1.5. / Driveway 9.5. / Whit Monday 20.5. / Federal holiday 1.8. / Christmas Day 25.12. / St. Stephen's Day 26.12.
  • Can the subscription be paused?
    Yes, the dance subscription can be paused during the 12 weeks (3 months) upon request. The request must be made at least 1 week in advance and communicated via email to .
  • How and when can I cancel?
    You can cancel your dance subscription at any time, subject to the 12-week subscription period. However, cancellation must be made at least 5 days before the start of your new dance subscription via email to . Cancellations via WhatsApp or silent cancellations are not valid.
  • Which shoes can I dance with?
    You can dance with dance shoes or clean sneakers. Street shoes are not allowed because the long-term preservation of our dance floor is very important to us.
